Our products are made from high quality wood. Well made with nice bright colours, smooth, rounded, and non-sharp edges, which is very easy for children's little hands to hold.
We have established what we believe is a fair return policy, as stated below. Please note that by purchasing goods from TumTum Land, you have agreed to the following terms.
Shipping Policy
Free shipping on orders over $50 within the neighboring area.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
The shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer refund and/or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it within 24 hours.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Gifts are exempt from exchange and refunds.
